This describes the system of ethical values, organizations and processes that address global health issues.

Ethical values are expressed as human rights to health and well-being. Organizations include nation states, regional and other collective organizations of states, global interstate institutions and global public-private partnerships and civil society organizations involved in delivering health and care and representing global citizens. The processes of governance for global health are less easy to characterize, but they include global health diplomacy.
