Floods, Fire and Landslides all Linked to Global Warming

The floods in Pakistan, that the UN has rated as the greatest humanitarian crisis in recent history, wildfires in Russia and Landslide in China may all be the result of the "supercharged jet stream" which shows that global warming is already affecting weather patterns according to UN experts.

Jean-Pascal van Ypersele, of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), said the ‘dramatic' weather patterns are consistent with changes in the climate caused by mankind. "These are events which reproduce and intensify in a climate disturbed by greenhouse gas pollution," he said.
